They help our customers get the most out of their equipment by focusing on the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, providing unique support that requires deep understanding of the technology in question as well as user experience. These employees drive impact by collaborating with customers on the worksite, creating solutions at Caterpillar facilities, and working with dealers on capabilities to guarentee a superior customer service experience. They offer field technical support and fleet management to maximize machine performance, equip dealers with essential tools like parts and service information for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, and deliver round-the-clock technical support.
