As a member of our sales team, your skills will be vital to the growth and development of our organization. Whether customer facing in the field or business facing, these teams are always focused on Caterpillar’s operations and processes. Here your work will make a direct impact as you collaborate across the product and industry groups as well as the Distribution Services Division to influence new, used, and rental services at the initial sale of a Caterpillar product. Our sales team members are dedicated to aftermarket sales, lifecycle management for key accounts and site application performance and technology, all while supporting Caterpillar’s commercial success through business development, dealer excellence programs and our Marketing & Sales Operations and Support teams.
