How to Check Your Caterpillar Application Status Online

So, you've applied for a position at Caterpillar and now you're eagerly waiting to hear back. We get it – the anticipation can be nerve-wracking. But don't worry, checking your Caterpillar application status is a breeze. Here's a quick guide to help you stay updated on your application journey.

  1. Log In to Your Account:  First things first, head over to careers.caterpillar.com and log in to your account. Your login information will be the email and password that you used to create your account when you submitted your application. If you don’t remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button.
  2. Check Your Application Status : Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to the candidate home screen. Here, you can easily find the status of your applications. Look for the section labeled "My Applications" to see the current status of all the positions you've applied for. This is also the place where you can view your application or withdraw your application.
  3. Stay Updated:  Keep an eye on your application status regularly. Our response times vary for each role, but if there are any updates or changes, they'll be reflected here.
  4. Stay Vigilant: Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated type of activity involving fictious job opportunities. These communications have been sent to individuals through various channels of communication such as: email, social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) & phone solicitation. These communications are directed in an attempt to collect financial or personal information which could cause harm or place individuals’ information and identity at risk of disclosure or misuse. It is important that during that application process, Caterpillar Inc. will never:
  • Request money (e.g., for ‘visa fees,’ taxes, a percentage of travel expenses).
  • Request personal information such as passport and bank account details, social security number, etc.
  • Send emails from free web-based email accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Live.com.
  • Make substantial spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Insist on urgency from the outset.
  • We recommend you do not respond to unsolicited offers of employment from people claiming to work for or be affiliated with Caterpillar Inc.

That's it! Checking your application status of your Caterpillar application is simple and straightforward.
