Role Definition

负责工程机械无人驾驶产品电子电气（E&E）系统集成开发与技术支持工作，参与软件控制系统功能集成、软件开发交付及整机验证。作为系统集成成员，协调软件、硬件、电气及测试团队，推动新产品从概念设计到样机验证和量产导入的全过程实施，确保产品功能、性能及可靠性满足项目要求。推动项目按质量、成本和进度目标顺利完成。

Responsible for electrical and electronic (E&E) system integration, development, and technical support for construction machinery, including control system functionality integration, software development and delivery, and machine-level validation. As a member of the system integration team, coordinate with software, hardware, electrical, and testing teams to support new product development from concept design through prototype validation and production introduction, ensuring that product functionality, performance, and reliability meet project requirements. Drive successful project completion meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.
