岗位目标: 完成普通或者关键工作岗位的各类装配测试任务

岗位职责:

1、完成由工艺或者产品定义的普通或者关键工作岗位的装配工作，可能包括装配、测试、诊断电气系统或者其它控制系统

2、在职有能力培训装配学徒工或装配技工，帮助他们取得不同装配工位的工作资格认证。

3、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 认真听取主管的各项要求

4、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生

积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡

6、按时完成公司要求的各项培训，自主完成对工作有益的其他培训

7、主动学习CPS和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中

8、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生

9、积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生

10、严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率

11、当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班，以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务

按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作

13、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费

14、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作其他工作

背景/经验:

1、正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神；

2、中专及以上学历，机械专业，能读懂机械图纸, 了解一般的技术要求, 如公差配合等；

3、至少拥有中级钳工操作证；

4、具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作；

5、具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念；

6、具备简单日常英语阅读能力，了解简单的英语装配术语；

7、具备简单的计算机操作能力 ；

8、有三年以上外部装配经验或者一年以上内部的装配经验；

9、取得至少两个普通工位和一个关键工位的工作资格认证；需要至少在最近一年度取得有价值的工作表现。

JOB PURPOSE:

Perform a variety of assembly/test tasks for both normal and/or critical work stations

JOB DUTIES:

1、Perform assembly for normal and/or critical work stations defined by process and product, the task may involve assembling, testing, diagnosing electrical system or other control system

2、Train assembly apprentices or assembly technicians to help them get work certification for normal assembly work station

3、Participates in pre-shift PID (Process Improvement Dialogue), raise the issues and suggestions per the passed production, and follow all requirements from supervisor

4、Wears the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of his position properly. Strictly follow all safety policy to avoid any injury

5、Actively participate in finding issues and risks during production, and submit them by CI (Continue Improvement) cards actively

6、Finish all required training on time, and finish all other work-related trainings that are helpful to his/her job

7、Learns all work-related knowledge of CPS & 6 sigma actively and apply them to his/her job

8、Performs Standard Work Sheet and all other quality management policy and guideline to avoid quality issue

9、Actively works with related people to analyze the root cause of quality issue, and take the action per requirement to avoid similar issue happens again

10、Perform production per schedule completely, and continuously improve efficiency

11、Timely report to operation supervisor or team lead when the production shut down because of material, equipment and quality issues, in order to recover to production ASAP or change the schedule

12、Perform 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) per requirement

13、Actively focus on cost saving, and continuously eliminate all sorts of waste among his/her job

14、Seriously perform all policies and guidelines, and finish any other job, which is arranged by the supervisor or team lead

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1、Be integrity, good communication skill, strong consciousness at commitment and team work

2、Technical Secondary School or equal education background, major in mechanic. Can read mechanic print, and know normal technical requirement such as tolerance and fit and so on

3、Got semi-senior certification at least for bench work

4、Good consciousness of safety and quality, seriously follow all policies and guidelines

5、Good consciousness of 5S & TPM

6、Can read simple information in English; Know simple English assembly term

7、Can do simple computer operation

8、Has worked as an external assembly technician over 3 years, or worked as an internal assembly technician over 1 year.

9、Got at least 2 work certifications of normal assembly station and 1 certification for critical assembly station; Should get Valued Performance at least in last year
