Role:
Leads to ensure the accomplishment of distribution center goals, including those related to budget and cost structure.
What you'll do:
- Making workflow decisions, improving service levels and costs for distribution center operations.
- Supervising and motivating distribution center employees through effective coaching and training, clear communication of job expectations, and positive reinforcement of exemplary performance; maintaining a positive distribution center working environment.
- Developing and implementing productivity, quality, and service standards. Resolving problems and identifying areas for improvements. Contributing performance data to strategic plans and reviews.
- Ensuring all equipment receives preventative maintenance and repairs, as necessary.
- Developing and ensuring execution for requirements and procedures for safety regulations.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field.
- Intermediate conversational English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:
Distribution Center Management
- Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain roles with involvement in distribution operations and warehouse management.
- Knowledge and use of MRP systems for material planning and inventory control.
Planning and Organizing
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize operational activities to ensure service level and business objective achievement.
Problem Solving
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on operational data and performance metrics.
Effective Communication
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and engage cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and operational reporting.
Considerations for the best candidates:
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution operations.
- Proficiency in SAP for operational and inventory management processes.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and root cause analysis tools, including Fishbone Diagram, RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action), A3 Problem Solving, and 5 Whys.
- Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong inventory management and inventory accuracy control knowledge.
