Role Purpose:Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes for engine production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ME teams supporting Machining, Assembly, Test, and Paint operations.
- Drive capacity planning, productivity improvement, and plant expansion projects.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, layouts, and equipment.
- Lead installation and commissioning of new machines and automation systems.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, and Cost Reduction initiatives.
- Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM) metrics.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction), process validation, PFMEA, and APQP activities.
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and productivity investments.
- Develop and coach engineers, technicians, and future leaders.

Degree Requirement:
Degree or equivalent experience desired
B.E/B.TECH and M.E/M.TECH
Experience required- 12 to 20years

Deliver capacity for business growth, improve productivity and quality, reduce manufacturing costs, lead strategic projects, and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering organization.
Additional information: This job required 5days working from office.
