岗位目标

负责支持工厂EHS日常管理与现场执行，确保符合公司及法律法规要求，重点强化喷涂及化学品相关安全风险管控，提升现场安全水平。

3. 主要职责

1 现场EHS管理

• 开展日常安全巡检（装配、喷涂、机加工等区域）
• 识别安全隐患并推动整改闭环
• 参与事故调查及事故回头看

2 喷涂及化学品安全管理

• 管理化学品台账及SDS资料
• 控制油漆/VOC相关风险
• 确保化学品储存、使用符合规范

3 合规及体系支持

• 支持EHS法律法规合规（如Legal Register）
• 协助内外部审核及整改跟踪
• 维护EHS相关记录及报告

4 培训与安全文化

• 组织开展员工EHS培训
• 推动安全活动及安全文化建设

5 承包商及高风险作业管理

• 支持承包商安全管理
• 监督动火、高处、吊装等高风险作业

任职要求

基本要求

• 大专及以上学历（安全、环境相关专业优先）
• 2年以上制造业EHS经验（优秀应届生可考虑）

专业能力

• 熟悉EHS法规及ISO14001/ISO45001体系
• 具备化学品或喷涂安全管理经验优先
• 具备现场风险识别能力

通用能力

• 良好的沟通与执行能力
• 具备数据统计及报告能力
• 熟练使用Office办公软件

优先条件

• 有喷涂车间或化工相关经验
• 熟悉ENHESA或类似法规系统
• 具备基础英语沟通能力
