Join Caterpillar's Building Construction Products (BCP) team! We're seeking two dynamic Marketing Representatives based in Cary, NC, ready to make an impact in a global industry leader.
Role Summary:
As part of Caterpillar's Pre-Field Representative Development Program, you'll gain hands-on experience, build valuable industry expertise, and learn to partner with our world-class dealer network to drive strategy and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
What You Will Do (Job Duties):
Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar, including its products, services, and customer base
Grow both professionally and personally through focused soft skills development and hands-on technical training
Collaborate cross-functionally with experts in product development, dealer management, marketing, and sales
Participate in rotational assignments across Caterpillar to gain exposure to strategy, products, and operations
Manage an assigned territory, serving as a key liaison between Caterpillar and its dealer network

This position is located in Cary, NC.
Travel in this role is up to 50%.

Summary Pay Range:
$81,370.00 - $122,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
