Role Definition

Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, defining end-to-end solution architecture, translating functional and operational needs into scalable technical designs, and driving the modernization of legacy applications through enterprise integration and transformation initiatives.

What you will do:

• Lead the assessment and transformation of legacy applications into integrated enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, integration flows, and architectural recommendations for development teams.
• Define end-to-end application architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to support solution delivery, system integration, testing, and implementation across trade, tax, and financial processes.
• Identify modernization opportunities, process improvements, and technology enablers that reduce complexity and improve application landscape efficiency.
• Document solution architecture, integration patterns, process flows, and technical decisions required to support delivery and long-term sustainment.

What you will have:

Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex business and system challenges, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and define practical technology solutions across legacy and enterprise application environments.

Solution Design and Architecture: Strong knowledge of application architecture principles, solution design methods, and enterprise patterns; ability to convert business requirements into robust, scalable, and supportable technical solutions.

Requirements Analysis: Ability to gather, challenge, structure, and translate business, process, and non-functional requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery-ready solution definitions.

System and Technology Integration: Experience defining and enabling integration among enterprise applications, SAP and non-SAP platforms, databases, and legacy systems, ensuring reliable data flow and process continuity across the technology landscape.

Basic requirements:

-Bachelor Degree

-Pre-Advanced English

- Solid understanding of SAP GTS , FI/CO and non-SAP ecosystems, system interfaces, and end-to-end process integration across enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting or designing solutions connected to foreign trade, tax, financial, or compliance-related processes.
- Ability to work across business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams to structure scalable and sustainable solutions.

Top Candidates will also have:

- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax, fiscal, or regulatory requirements and their impact on systems, interfaces, and business processes.
- Advanced English

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
