About the Role:
The Project Manager will plan, schedule, manage, supervise, and oversee the execution of large-scale power generation projects utilizing Caterpillar's 10 MW Gas Engine Power Generation Package solution. This position's responsibilities include all commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of the project. The job scope also includes the planning, design, procurement, assembly, test, shipment, and commissioning of gas engine carbon capture projects from contract award through handover to customer for beneficial use.

What You Will Do:
- Organize and coordinate project processes and procedures for all teams executing a specific power plant project
- Serve as a liaison across project teams, translating objectives into program milestones and execution practices
- Plan and monitor program delivery to ensure quality standards and performance goals are met
- Manage all aspects of the program to ensure projects are delivered, accepted, and completed within established timelines
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Cross-functional project or program management experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- International travel experience

- Program Management: Knowledge of policies and techniques used to manage a portfolio of related projects; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control work to optimize technical and administrative resources and achieve program objectives.
- Team Management: Knowledge of effective team-building practices and the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
