The Digital Adoption & Customer Success organization accelerates the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer-centric approach through enhanced management and impact measurement.
The DACS - Digital Adoption and Customer Success (CAT Digital) team is looking for Senior Digital Project Manager to strategize, oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic transformation initiatives throughout the organization. This position will play a central role in Digital Transformation and the delivery of outcomes that support innovation, team culture, and business objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are executed with measurable outcomes, aligned with organizational goals. The role plays a critical role in accelerating support Digital adoption across Global teams while fostering cross functional collaboration and accountability.
What You Will Do:
Design and oversee projects to address identified structural and organizational challenges
Coordinate and align multiple organizations and workstreams within DACS to ensure cohesive project execution.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that support talent management and training.
Champion team culture by promoting innovation, experimentation, and collaborative practices.
Track and manage diverse projects milestones, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Support Internal and external events to Build Team culture showcase digital transformation impact.
Considerations for Top Candidates
10+ years of experience leading digital initiatives
Proven ability to deliver digital transformation projects from within an enterprise (not consulting), owning the full lifecycle from initiation to deployment and adoption
Change management certification (ACMP or CCMP)
Strong coordination skills, high flexibility, and ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership
Ability to create and design executive-ready presentations and visuals, including high-impact PowerPoint and video content
Strong experience in digital adoption, solution deployment, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
Proficiency with Power BI and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)

Skilled in tailoring complex information into clear, actionable messages for leadership, technical, and business stakeholders.
Strong presence with proven facilitation and negotiation skills.
Additional Information:
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
