Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Program (Finance Transformation Lead – Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) ) to join our COE-Accountable Reporting -Global Finance Services Division


The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore-KA, India


What you will do:


The Finance Transformation Lead is managing the Continuous Improvement and Automation Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) team and is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering strategic finance transformation initiatives across the Analytics Center of Excellence towers.

This role serves as the bridge between Finance, Data & Analytics, Digital Technology, and Business Operations, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, AI, and process redesign to improve operational performance, strengthen controls, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate acts as an internal consultant and trusted advisor, partnering with finance leaders to redesign processes, build scalable digital solutions, and accelerate the adoption of innovative technologies across the enterprise. The position requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through value realization.


Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across Analytics Center of Excellence towers
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through analytics, benchmarking, process mining, operational reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Design future-state operating models focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and elimination of non-value-added activities.
  • Develop business cases, investment proposals, implementation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
  • Drive adoption of best-in-class finance processes and digital capabilities across the organization.
  • Act as a transformation lead for strategic initiatives involving ERP optimization, workflow automation, AI, machine learning, and intelligent process automation.

Analytics & Digital Enablement

  • Translate business challenges into analytical, automation, and technology solutions.
  • Partner with data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Promote the use of advanced analytics, predictive intelligence, AI-enabled insights, and Agentic AI capabilities to improve finance processes and decision making.
  • Guide development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Ensure strong governance over data quality, metric definitions, business rules, and reporting standards.

AI and Intelligent Automation

  • Lead identification and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing, and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, control requirements, scalability, and operational risk.
  • Partner with IT and Digital teams to develop sustainable and controlled automation solutions.
  • Establish governance and measurement frameworks to ensure successful adoption and business value realization.

Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance Leadership, Global Business Services, Analytics Center of Excellence teams, and Technology organizations.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, process design sessions, and transformation reviews.
  • Influence decision making in complex matrix organizations without direct authority.
  • Communicate recommendations, project status, risks, and expected business outcomes to senior leadership.

Program Delivery & Governance

  • Ensure disciplined project execution through structured governance, issue management, benefit tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor project performance and value realization against approved business cases.
  • Drive adherence to controls, compliance, audit, and data governance requirements.
  • Support project prioritization and portfolio management activities across the Analytics COE.

Capability Building & Leadership

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and functional leadership to continuous improvement team members , transformation consultants, and project resources.
  • Contribute to the development of Analytics COE methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
  • Build organizational capability in analytics, digital technologies, automation, and AI adoption.

What you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Finance Transformation

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Platform, and AI-enabled technologies.
  • Experience with Intelligent Automation, RPA, Agentic AI, Generative AI, or Machine Learning solutions.
  • Consulting background with a leading advisory firm or internal transformation organization.

  • This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
