Job Summary:
The role leads the planning, organization, and delivery of digital insights projects that support the adoption of digital products. Working closely with insights analysts, customer-facing teams, business partners, the role converts business needs and user insights into structured project plans, coordinates implementation and testing, and ensures that deliverables meet customer expectations and business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of digital insight projects, including scope, responsibilities, schedules, dependencies, milestones and risks.
• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration, customer-facing teams, product owners, team and insights analysts; translate them into clear project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, creating clarity on priorities, ownership, decisions, and expected outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and results, identify significant deviations, recommend corrective actions, and provide concise status, risk, and decision reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic:

• Contributes to operational and tactical planning while connecting project priorities to the broader business plan.
• Builds practical delivery plans that account for scope, resources, dependencies, milestones, risks, and changing business needs.

Project Administration:

• Applies project administration best practices, organizational strategies, and tools to maintain clear plans, actions, decisions, documentation, and governance.
• Coordinates multiple workstreams and stakeholders to keep delivery organized, transparent, and on schedule.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:

• Analyzes situations, trade-offs, risks, and available evidence to reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Escalates issues with clear options and recommendations, enabling timely stakeholder decisions.

Digital Project Management:

• Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls digital projects using appropriate delivery methods, governance practices, and technical resources.
• Coordinates business and technical contributors through implementation, testing, readiness, launch, and post-launch follow-up.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience translating business and user requirements into project scope, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and implementation activities.
• Ability to use data, user feedback, and adoption measures to guide decisions and evaluate project outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Additional Info:

• Mobility: Up to 10% travel.
