Job summary

You will be responsible and ensuring the candidate sourcing, pipelining, end to end recruiting and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with China-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices. You will support recruiting for the growing market for the Growth Market Autonomy business.

This role is to be based in the Shanghai or Wuxi, China.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.

What you will do:

• Placing advertisements, attending job fairs, and performing other related duties to support recruitment processes.

• Conducting qualitative candidate pre-screens while providing exemplary candidate experience, providing informed recommendations, and extending offers to candidates.

• Sourcing candidates and evaluating resumes for jobs through internal and external tools and resources (social media, job boards, Workday, CRM and other recruiting tools)

• Manage all interview schedules for Shanghai and Wuxi related job requisitions

• Delivering the most qualified candidates, building strong candidate pipelines, and monitoring and managing reports to measure efficiency and effectiveness.

• 发布招聘广告、参加招聘会，并执行其他相关招聘活动，以支持招聘流程开展。

• 对候选人进行初步筛选与评估，专业招聘建议并向合适候选人发放录用通知。

• 通过内部及外部招聘工具和渠道（包括社交媒体、招聘网站、Workday、CRM及其他招聘平台）进行人才搜索和简历评估。

• 负责上海及无锡地区所有招聘需求的面试安排与协调工作。

• 持续输送高质量候选人，建立的人才储备库。

优先考虑条件

• 具备招聘寻 （Sourcing）及招聘协调（Recruitment Coordination）相关工作经验，并能够适应快节奏工作环境。

• 具备矿业（Mining）、或科技领域相关行业知识者优先。

• 具备较强的主动性、自驱力及结果导向意识。

What you will have:

Service Excellence:

• Provides a quality of service that customers describe as excellent.

• Responds to unexpected customer requests with a sense of urgency and positive action.

Candidate Screening:

• Screens candidates to obtain detailed information on knowledge, skills, motivation, etc.

• Files and maintains paper and electronic records of candidate information.

• Reviews candidates' resumes and cover letters from both professional and personal aspects.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Gathers information on how to improve the efficiency of candidate sourcing.

• Proactively build pipelines and source for candidates through hunting, Chinese portals, Linkedin or other channels

Staffing and Recruiting

• Adhere to processes of recruiting for an open position.

• Collects and documents current staffing requirements and obtains additional information

Top candidates will also have:

• Prior experience in supporting sourcing and recruitment coordination, in a fast paced environment

• Mining, self-drive and technology domain knowledge

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
