  • Monitor maintenance schedules, complete work order documentation, and maintain accurate records for equipment history and inventory tracking
  • Identify, document, and support continuous improvement opportunities while proactively addressing safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment
  • Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Maintenance Technician I and II team members
  • Perform work independently with limited supervision while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements

What you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial utility systems, piping infrastructure, tubing, and production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or a relevant certification or degree in lieu of experience
  • Advanced experience using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and performing maintenance activities such as equipment installation, piping modifications, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial piping systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves, regulators, bearings, lubrication principles, equipment alignment, and high- and low-pressure utility distribution systems.
  • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, piping schematics, utility layouts, and equipment installation documentation to support machine moves, pipe routing, and facility upgrades
  • Working knowledge of industrial electrical and control systems, including motors, sensors, PLC-controlled equipment, and other manufacturing support systems
  • Ability to mentor and train junior technicians, coordinate work activities, and support large-scale equipment installation, relocation, and facility recapitalization projects

What would make you a top candidate:
