Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Integration Services.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and prioritize capabilities based on business value.
- Establish and communicate product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Align roadmap priorities with organizational objectives and deployment plans.
- Drive standardization and reuse of integration patterns across programs.
Product Ownership & Backlog Management
- Own and maintain the integration services product backlog.
- Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, deployment readiness, and operational impact.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Engineering & Delivery Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to guide solution delivery.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, scalability, and operational requirements.
- Support engineering teams with business clarification and decision-making.
- Drive release readiness and deployment planning.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Dealer Deployment & Adoption
- Collaborate with Deployment and Enablement teams to support onboarding and adoption initiatives.
- Ensure integration capabilities align with deployment requirements.
- Partner with dealer stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
- Support deployment planning, rollout governance, and hyper-care activities.
- Measure product adoption and business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate prioritization decisions among competing demands.
- Communicate roadmap updates, release plans, status, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and Operations teams.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, architecture principles, and governance requirements.
- Drive process improvements to improve predictability, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Support audit, security, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Champion Agile and SAFe product management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Integration.
- Strong experience with API-led integration, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and microservices.
- Experience working with Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, Event Grid/Event Hub, Service Bus, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale product backlogs and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale dealer, B2B, or enterprise integration ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with integration governance, API strategy, and platform product management.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and product analytics tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration, event-driven systems, and digital transformation programs.
