主要工作职责
1. 物料接收与管理
- 根据收货流程完成原材料、零部件及辅助物料的接收与验收工作；
- 核对物料数量、状态及相关单据，确保账实一致；
- 按照仓储规定进行物料上架及库位管理；
- 及时发现并反馈物料异常情况。
2. 物料配送与发放
- 根据生产计划及领料需求，及时准确完成物料配送；
- 确保生产线物料供应不断线，满足生产需求；
- 按要求完成物料拣选、包装及发放工作；
- 协助处理生产现场紧急物料需求。
3. 库存管理
- 执行周期盘点及年度盘点工作；
- 保证库存数据准确性，提高库存管理效率；
- 协助处理库存差异调查及原因分析；
- 支持库存优化及呆滞库存管理。
4. 系统操作与数据维护
- 使用ERP、SAP或WMS系统完成收货、发料、库存调整等操作；
- 及时准确录入相关数据及单据；
- 确保库存记录与实物一致。
5. 安全与现场管理
- 严格遵守EHS、安全操作规程及仓储管理规范；
- 保持仓库及作业区域整洁有序；
- 按要求正确使用叉车、手动液压车等物流设备；
- 参与持续改善活动，提高仓储及物流效率。
任职资格
工作经验
- 1年以上仓储、物流、生产物料管理相关工作经验优先；
- 有制造业工厂仓库工作经验者优先；
- 优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
技能要求
- 熟悉仓储管理及物料流转流程；
- 具备基础计算机操作能力；
- 能够使用ERP、SAP或WMS系统者优先；
- 具备叉车证者优先；
- 能适应倒班工作安排。
个人素质
- 工作认真细致，责任心强；
- 良好的团队合作意识；
- 具备较强执行力和安全意识；
- 能承受一定工作压力。
