Job Summary:

As an Enterprise Automation Engineer, you will lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise automation and infrastructure solutions that improve operational efficiency, security, scalability, and reliability. You will work across infrastructure, systems integration, automation engineering, and technical consulting disciplines to deliver innovative solutions supporting business-critical operations in global teams.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in scripting, automation, systems administration, software integration, and infrastructure technologies, combined with the ability to consult with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement automation solutions that simplify IT operations and enhance business performance.

  • Build scalable tools and applications using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, and modern automation technologies.

  • Support enterprise Linux and Windows environments while driving reliability, security, and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with global teams to design innovative infrastructure and automation solutions.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver sustainable long-term improvements.

  • Leverage Git, Ansible, and DevOps practices to automate deployments and infrastructure management.

  • Participate in infrastructure modernization initiatives that support digital transformation across the organization.

  • Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will have:

  • Technical Excellence: Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies and networking architectures; ability to design and deliver solutions that address complex technical challenges while supporting long-term business objectives.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to anticipate, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure, connectivity, routing, security, and performance-related issues.

  • Technology Advising: Ability to evaluate technology solutions, provide guidance to stakeholders, and promote best practices across cloud networking environments.

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze technical and business requirements, identify risks, and develop effective cloud networking strategies.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering.

  • Pre-Advanced English.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, MySQL.

  • Experience working with: Git, Build automation tools, Deployment automation, Ansible.

  • Knowledge of: Enterprise infrastructure, Networking fundamentals, Servers and virtualization, Storage technologies, Enterprise applications.

  • Experience supporting Linux and Windows environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Top candidates will also have:

  • Experience with enterprise automation platforms.

  • DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

  • Cloud platform exposure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and infrastructure governance practices.

  • Agile project delivery experience.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
