Role Definition
Manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions, organizations, products, or value chains.
Responsibilities
This position will lead and coordinate the engine system, component end to end validation works to support NPI and NSI projects. The incumbent will provide technical guidance to localization personnel on validation plan, validation process conformance etc.
This position ensures LPSD localization personnel follow NPI/NSI and Engineering / Product Change Control and component sourcing common processes. The position will drive process conformance by coaching and making information available to localization personnel responsible for performing localization-related functions. This position will monitor non-compliance, and perform robust continuous improvement activities to drive conformance across localization functional areas. This position works closely with functional leaders and governing committees to enable process conformance.
• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinating resources across the businesses with sales and marketing, product development groups, value chain and manufacturing.
• Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.
• Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.

• Utilizes automated diagramming tools to ensure traceability of requirements.
