Responsibility:
• Develop and maintain the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database, defining optimised storage, packaging, labelling, material flow and replenishment strategies for all materials.
• Analyse and implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and ensure robust inventory controls across production and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate MRP parameters and adherence to standardized material handling processes.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and space utilization through data-driven analysis, process standardization, and control enhancements.
• Develop and implement automated solutions for data cleansing, monitoring and maintenance using analytical tools to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Leverage strong expertise in SAP MM to support material master governance, inventory control, and end-to-end Material Flow processes.

Required Qualifications:
• An Engineering Degree in Full time from a reputed University or college
• SAP Material Management (SAP MM) proficiency and advanced Excel skill.
• Experience developing or managing PFEP databases and working with inventory controls, Inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as kanban, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Part-time normal and part-time concentrated visual attention and manual dexterity to prepare correspondence, use computer application programs proficiently and maintain office functions and operations.
• Able to communicate effectively to cross-functional teams and get alignments to complete the assigned tasks on time.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload
