Job Summary
This role plays a critical role in supporting executive administration, and strategic business operations. The one will be responsible for coordinating management councils, and ensuring effective execution of administrative. The role serves as a key liaison across functions, enabling efficient communication, and organizational effectiveness while supporting corporate culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Key Executive Support
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the General Manager of CCMC and CRDC, including:
- Calendar and meeting management. Leadership staff meeting arrangement including material collection, meeting minutes record and actions follow-up
- Domestic and international travel arrangements
- Support to plan and execute VIP visits, executive receptions, customer visits, and corporate events
- Manage CCMC employee recognition gifts, including inventory control, procurement, and periodic distribution of recognition items to employees
- Company seal usage and purchase orders (PO) management, and administrative documentation in accordance with corporate policies and governance requirements
- Manage CCMC Stationery Vending Machine and Order proceeding at Campus level
- Coordinate CCMC project meetings on-going to address General Manager’s project expectations
- Act as a trusted liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture
- Serve as Chairman of the WIN Organization in CCMC, responsible for planning and organizing employee engagement and inclusion activities.
- Promote a positive organizational culture through employee engagement activities and corporate culture programs.
- Support major company events, employee activities, and campus- and regional-level culture initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, General Manager Assistant, Administration Management, Business Operations, Corporate Governance, or related roles.
- Experience supporting senior executives within a multinational corporation is highly preferred.

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and influence without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational corporate environment.
- Experience leading employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, or corporate culture initiatives is highly desirable.
