Cat Digital is the digital and technology focused organization within Caterpillar, Inc. Our global team is responsible for bringing digital capabilities to Caterpillar’s world-famous yellow iron. Control Center is a dealer-facing application within the One Funnel system that enables dealers to configure how insights are filtered, prioritized, and routed within their operations. It provides a controlled environment for defining business rules that automate manual triage, ensuring insights are delivered consistently, accurately, and at scale.
This role is responsible for authoring and structuring the digital content that powers these workflows—translating product intent into well-defined rules, logic, and configurations within Control Center to drive reliable dealer execution.
What You Will Do:
Partner closely with software engineers, One Funnel stakeholders, and dealers to define clear, detailed feature requirements (scope, functionality, NFRs, UAT criteria), working under the guidance of the Control Center Senior Product Owner to translate product intent into executable outcomes
Participate in end-to-end feature development, including requirements design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment
Create and maintain user-facing documentation (one-pagers, FAQs, onboarding guides) to support adoption and effective use of Control Center
Work with deployment teams and stakeholders to gather and synthesize dealer feedback, helping identify improvements and ensure the product meets real-world needs
Provides ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, answering questions and helping teams understand how to use and integrate Control Center effectively

Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)
Experience translating business needs into detailed, well-structured requirements, with strong attention to detail and clarity that enables high-quality feature development
Demonstrated ability to learn and understand how a product actually works, not just what it does — including workflows, dependencies, and user interactions within a system
