Role:
Procure and manage the materials needed for the company's operation, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities.

What the candidate will do:

• Participates in scheduling production and delivery processes in accordance with current productivity and cost efficiency standards.
• Develops and executes indirect material planning for a product line to ensure that all material requirements for assigned programs are met within the allocated time frame.
• Maintain an adequate stock to meet demand, avoiding both shortages and overstocks.
• Organizes the flow of materials within the manufacturing unit and the transferring of materials to and from the inventory or warehouse.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree: In international business, International Trade, Administration, Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or Related Careers, in fields related to Supply Chain preferred.
• English (Intermediate)

Skill Descriptors

Decision Making & Critical Thinking

• Knowledge of decision-making processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and make sound, informed decisions based on critical thinking.

Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Intermediate knowledge of MRP processes, practices, and systems; preferably with SAP WM and MM modules.
• Ability to optimize production planning cycles and ensure capacity and material availability.

Problem Solving

• Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational and operational issues.
• Ability to apply problem-solving methodologies effectively across diverse situations.

Relationship Management

• Knowledge of relationship management techniques.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Considerations for the best candidates:

• Background in material planning positions with solid understanding of relevant processes.
• SAP proficiency (MM, WM)
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Power BI & Power Apps proficiency
