备件与工装管理技术员

主要职责

备件管理

• 建立并维护备件台账（物料编码、规格型号、适用设备、安全库存、最小订购量）。
• 执行入库检验、分类储存、标签管理与库区 5S；定期盘点确保账实相符（≥98%）。
• 依据 PM/TPM 计划与故障趋势制定采购需求，跟踪关键备件交期，防止断料。

工装维修与维护

• 建立工装资产台账（编号、规格、工序、寿命、保养/校准周期、责任人）。
• 执行工装点检、清洁、润滑、紧固、精度检查等保养；对轻微损坏工装进行修复与调整。
• 管理工装借用/归还/报修流程；对需要外修或报废的工装进行流程闭环。
• 对量具及检具实施校准提醒与状态追踪，确保校准及时率。

系统与合规

• 在 ERP/CMMS 中维护备件与工装主数据、出入库/维修/报废记录；确保审计可追溯。
• 遵循 ISO9001 /IAAS等体系要求，配合内外部审计与年度资产盘点。
• 执行安全规范与 LOTO，保障设备与人员安全。
• 数据分析与持续改善
• 按月输出库存准确率、断料率、周转率、呆滞金额、工装可用率、校准及时率等报表。
• 结合维修与备件数据进行 RCCA，提出降本与可靠性提升方案（含工装标准化与寿命延长）。

任职资格

• 大专及以上学历，机械/机电/自动化/工业工程等相关专业优先。
• 有物料管理及文员工作经验者优先
• 熟悉 ERP/CMMS（如 SAP）与 Excel；具备数据规范化意识。
• 良好的沟通协作、问题分析与持续改善能力；重视安全与合规。
