Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join the Brazil Analytics Center of Excellence within the Global Finance Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end‑to‑end financial close, management reporting, planning and analysis for ADSD and EAME Period Costs. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes.
What you will do:
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
- Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
- Execute financial close and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy across GLS/OneStream/BOBJ/AXIOM through cross-tool validations, variance investigation, beginning balance checks, reconciliations, and TCON consolidations.
- Prepare and submit Form M analysis; perform ABP and RBM and submit to Corporate; create and maintain item forecasts, RFIs, and LRFIs in CMS across multiple entities/regions; and support STIP review processes, including allocations and intercompany reconciliations.
- prepare and submit quarterly SOX AuditBoard documentation related to contingencies and guarantees. Support capital freezing processes, including expense validation and system submissions.
- handle ad hoc requests, system tickets, analyses, and follow‑ups. Participate in meetings, training, and cross‑functional discussions.
- Provide ongoing support to leadership, finance, and business teams.
What you will have:

Demonstrates strong attention to detail combined with disciplined self‑management, enabling sound judgment in prioritization, time allocation, and execution of concurrent tasks, projects, and objectives in dynamic environments.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Applications
- Pre‑advanced English
Top candidates will also have:
- Strong experience in financial analysis and planning
- Advanced experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python)
- Focus on process improvement, leading initiatives and projects with the team
MBA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar
- Advanced / Fluent English.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
