Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and be responsible for daily Manufacturing Engineering (ME) activities related to cab welding and assembly processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the cab engineering teams, ensuring the successful introduction and implementation of new cab models.
  • Proactively research and evaluate new technologies applicable to the cab facility, driving continuous process improvement initiatives. Lead technical improvement projects to increase automation ratio and promote digitalization.
  • Lead cab welding and assembly manufacturing engineering teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce material costs.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to address quality issues and enhance process stability.
  • Lead the daily technical management of welding fixtures and tooling and continuously improve welding fixture for ensuring stability.
  • Lead and manage engineering change processes to ensure effective and controlled implementation.
  • Lead the management of internal pallets, containers, and related material handling equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of people management experience with strong leadership and team management capability.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiar with the basic principles of industrial robots; hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • English proficiency sufficient to be used as a working language.
