Role Definition
- This role will assist in the management of FPD’s accountable reporting and help support FPD management reporting. Provides reporting support and Profit Center liaison activities for various groups including Treasury and Human Resources. Role will be tasked with KPI reporting within out EPM system as well as several projects supporting the FP&A organization.
What you will do:
- Take lead in the month end accountable reporting process.
- Provide technical expertise and support the business processes utilizing business analysis techniques.
- Lead continuous improvement for monthly reporting deliverables with data analysis tools.
- Work with large data sets to provide analysis and management reporting.
- Assist in the management of the allocation methodology leveraged in the month end accountable reporting process.
- Assist in developing process efficiency measures through Copilot and other artificial intelligence resources.
- Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend and/or develop solutions to business and financial problems.
Skill Required:

- Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
- Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Consideration for Top Candidates:
- The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Copilot and PowerBI.
- Experience with accounting systems is desired. Special emphasis on Oracle EPM system
- Comfort working across diverse data environments and a curiosity to explore new tools will be key to thriving in this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
Summary Pay Range:
$94,728.00 - $151,572.00

Additional information:
- This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville office.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
