This includes the monitoring/directing of all dealers and OEM's to comply with the published Caterpillar/Perkins engine Assembly & Installation (A&I) instructions for all commercial engine applications and to satisfy their contractual obligations to report the installed configuration of both engine and aftertreatment for every engine sold. • Provide oversight of the unique web-based systems used by the dealers and OEM that are used by these customers to support compliance to the related regulatory and business requirements
  • Work with new commercial engine customers/dealers to establish the contracts/agreements between Caterpillar and the customer that include all expectations imposed upon both parties that are mandated by the EPA and EU
  • Conduct the required dealer/OEM on-site audits to ensure compliance to the contractual obligations related to auditing, reporting, and managing the application of all certified aftertreatment equipped engines
  • Work with the engine product teams to ensure that the engine and machine product definitions comply with the best practices to ensure that the released content matches the certified composition
  • Provide secondary support for the management of engine installation (engine + aftertreatment) data collection at all Caterpillar machine assembly facilities
