About the Opportunity

Join Caterpillar Thailand and gain hands-on experience supporting HR digitalization and data-driven decision making. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about Information Technology, Data Analytics, Power BI, and Power Apps, and who are eager to apply their knowledge in a global manufacturing environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Engineer/Management or Data Analytics / Data Science

• Strong knowledge and interest in Supply Chain Engineering, Manufacturing, Lean Principles, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, material flow, and logistics operations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data for decision-making
• Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence

• 3rd or 4th Year University Student

• Minimum GPA: 2.50

• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)

• Willing to reside or relocate to Rayong or Chonburi

• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work in a matrix organization

• Cooperative Education Program students are highly preferred
