This position is a team member of the Caterpillar IT Data Integration team, serving as a Product Owner and Technical Team Lead for Qlik Replicate. This role is accountable for the overall health of Caterpillar’s Qlik Replicate platform and usage, including governance of product architecture, promotion of standards, recommending future capacity needs, and collaborating with our vendor to influence new enhancements and features.
What You Will Do:
Serve as Technical Team Lead of designers, developers, and support resources, ensuring support and customer demand needs are met
Responsible for platform strategic planning and roadmap development
Develop new integration patterns when required, with guidance and approval from Enterprise Architecture
Collaborate with Infrastructure Lead to understand platform usage, infrastructure capacity, and recommend future capacity needs to leadership
Provide guidance and best practices to the enterprise developer community
Meet with vendor on a regular cadence to discuss issues, enhancements needed, or new features released
What You Have:
Computer science educational background and 3+ years of experience as an IT Team Lead or related position
Demonstrated experience guiding data engineers and support teams in a global environment
Capability to translate business goals into scalable, reliable enterprise data integration strategies
Demonstrated exposure to and experience with Qlik Replicate
Strong communication skills to partner with DBAs, security teams, architects, and business stakeholders

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $183,140.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
