Job Summary:
What You Will Do:
• Develop Service information for delivery via the Service Information System (SIS) to dealers and customers worldwide for servicing Caterpillar Machines.
• Utilize the ACM (Advanced content management) system and graphics tools to develop Service Information and graphics supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and regular Engineering changes.
• Perform complex research of engineering information using 3D Models in Vismockup/Creo/ICIDO, PRWB and SIS2.0 and collaborate with Product groups and Engineering teams globally for service information content development.
• Ensure all service information is created accurately, participate in process improvement efforts and follow authoring standards.
Additional Information:
• This position is located in Chennai, India
• Must be able to travel up to 10% (includes some international travel)
