Role Definition
Provides clerical and administrative support and relief of administrative detail for one or more locations.

Responsibilities
• Managing purchase orders and invoices for projects and daily operations.
• Monitoring and maintaining supplies and inventory for one or more facilities.
• Serving as first line of support for building service problems and work requests.
• Assisting facility engineers and supporting maintenance and other related departments.
• Demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to carry out strategies and tasks that support the mission and goals of the leader and the organization.

Inventory Management - MFG: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.

• Identifies basic tools and approaches for inventory management.
• Describes basic functions and reports needed for inventory management.
• Cites examples of seasonal considerations and adjustments to planned versus actual inventory.
• Describes basic benchmarks for inventory management.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
Level Basic Understanding:
• Seeks help to modify priorities as new information surfaces or conditions change.
• Demonstrates the ability to estimate the time and resources required to complete tasks.
• Identifies own key assignments, schedules, and process steps.
• Applies the concept of 'critical path' in order to complete work in a timely manner and keep larger tasks on track.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
