- Leadership experience in IAM, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Platform Security, or Enterprise Cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise in non-human identities, workload identities, privileged access, machine credentials, and identity governance.
- Experience with PAM, PKI, secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and identity security controls.
- Understanding of modern authentication and authorization technologies, including OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), API security, and policy-based access controls.
- Experience developing security standards, governance frameworks, and risk management programs in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of identity-based threats, credential abuse, privilege escalation, and identity attack paths.
- Proven ability to influence technical strategy and partner effectively across engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity organizations.
