The Opportunity

As the AHS Solutions Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes across the Autonomous Haulage Solutions portfolio.

You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and working closely with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver value-driven automation solutions. This position requires a strong blend of leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales & a global support team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth targets.
• Identify market trends, opportunities and competitive threats within the mining and heavy industry sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and industry partners.
• Drive operational improvements and support the successful resolution of customer issues.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and business metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and outcomes.
• Establish training and development programs that strengthen team capability and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. Significant experience and a proven track record in a comparable leadership role within mining, automation or heavy industry will also be considered.
• Proven leadership experience within mining, mobile plant, automation, technology or other heavy industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading sales teams and delivering sustainable growth, profitability and customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of autonomous mining technologies, fleet management systems, digital solutions or operational technologies will be highly regarded.
• Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with the ability to translate market and business insights into strategic action.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining a strong focus on operational delivery and results.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people, building capability and leading high-performing teams.

Additional Information

• Site-based in Perth or Brisbane (5 days per week)
• Relocation assistance maybe offered to the ideal candidate
