About the Opportunity

Join Caterpillar Thailand and gain hands-on experience supporting HR digitalization and data-driven decision making. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about Information Technology, Data Analytics, Power BI, and Power Apps, and who are eager to apply their knowledge in a global manufacturing environment

Internship Preferred

• 4-6 months
• Start Y2027 - Q1 - Spring (Jan - Mar)
• Thai Nationals
• Headcount: Environment 1 Position / Safety 1 Position

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Basic knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) principles, regulations, and Chemical within Manufacturing
• Understanding of workplace safety, risk assessment, environmental management, and continuous improvement concepts
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Interest in sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment

• 3rd or 4th Year University Student

• Minimum GPA: 2.50

• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)

• Willing to reside or relocate to Rayong or Chonburi

• Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work in a matrix organization

• Cooperative Education Program students are highly preferred

On-Site Full Time

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Location: Caterpillar (Thailand) Ltd.- CRTT, 337/1 Moo 3, Nong Lalok Subdistrict,

Ban Khai District, Rayong 21120, Thailand

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
