The position serves as the compliance manager to primarily supports the CQL campus, and is responsible for a broad range of controls, compliance, governance, and business support activities, including:
Supporting internal and external audits (IAAS, SOX, and legal entity audits) and managing audit issue certification and remediation.
Performing controls testing, internal assessments, contract compliance reviews, and ARLD activities.
Leading key compliance programs, including Compliance Council, Gemba Walks, compliance recognition, MCTE monitoring, and post reviews.
Supporting governance processes such as contract lifecycle management, Limit of Authorization (LOA), compliance strategy deployment, workshops, stand-downs, and compliance communications.
Driving compliance culture initiatives through Speak Up programs, compliance training, videos, testing, and compliance champion activities.
Supporting other business activities such as lease accounting and BMC coordination.
Overall, the role serves as the primary controls and compliance focal point for CQL, helping ensure a strong control environment, compliance with company policies, and effective governance across both Operations and Product Group/Engineering groups.
