Role definition:
The HR Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operational activities and providing employee support across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate processing of HR transactions, maintenance of employee records, hire, onboarding, daily support activities, and compliance with established procedures and policies. The Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, delivering efficient and timely HR services while maintaining data accuracy and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Execute HR transactions and administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, including new hires, employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.
Provides excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on standard HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Supports the maintenance of an HR Services knowledge database and the gathering and reporting of HR operational metrics.
Support onboarding activities review documentation, initiating system transactions, and coordinating pre-employment processes.
Maintain and update employee records within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Perform routine audits of employee records and HR transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Create, update, and maintain HR operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to support operational activities.
Track and manage service requests to ensure adherence to established service level expectations.
Escalate complex issues and exceptions to appropriate HR team members.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
Provide first-level support to employees regarding company benefits, programs, and enrollment processes.
Process benefits-related transactions, including enrollments, changes, dependent updates, and employee records maintenance.
Support employees with benefit-related inquiries, including health plans, meal vouchers, savings programs, insurance plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Assist with annual benefits enrollment activities and employee communications related to benefits programs.
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
English proficiency required.

Explains the main responsibilities and scope of the HR Operations function.
Additional Information
This position is located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Temporary position with a one-year duration.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
