Role Definition:

Processes job requisitions and provides support for supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

What will you do:

• Working with master planners on outsourcing needs; establishing blanket purchase orders and vendor managed inventory (VMI).
• Supports improvement solutions for the supply-chain process.
• Supporting customer efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
• Maintaining and supporting supply chain application systems.

Degree Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Administrative Engineering or related field.
• English basic

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail

• Ensure accuracy in inventory control, tracking, and record maintenance.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy within SAP and inventory management systems.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking

• Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making.
• Apply root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools, including RCCA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagrams.

Logistics Management: Inventory

• Knowledge of inventory management and control processes.
• Understanding of Supply Chain operations and logistics workflows.
• Working knowledge of SAP at a basic to intermediate level for inventory-related activities.

Problem Solving

• Identify inventory discrepancies and operational issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve inventory and material flow challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and Supply Chain processes.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

Top Candidates will have:

• SAP WM & IM knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• AutoCAD skills.
• CREO system knowledge.

Additional information:

• Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
• These roles require availability to work rotating shifts under a six-day-per-week, in-office work model.
