Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Supervises maintenance activities for facilities and infrastructure in a hardware manufacturing plant.
Collaborates with engineers, partners, and suppliers to achieve business objectives, balancing the sustainable use of facilities with budgetary requirements.
Builds and manages a capable facility maintenance team and oversees the implementation of training sessions to guarantee high-quality performance standards.
Assesses the effectiveness of current utilities and equipment, identifies operational challenges and risks, and provides appropriate solutions to maintain operational excellence.
Oversees the inspection, repair, and upgrading of facilities, as well as related operational activities, ensuring the overall order and functionality of the site.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor´s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

The best candidates will also have:
Knowledge of the electrical mechanical, HVAC equipment, cooling towers, air compressors water treatment, dust collectors
Risk assessment and hazard identification skills.
Understanding of electrical safety regulations, standards, and government compliance requirements.
Documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness.
Vendor and contractor management.
Emergency preparedness and response planning.
Continuous improvement and quality management skills.
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) training
Comprehensive knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and substation operations.
Expertise in power distribution, transmission systems, and electrical protection schemes.
Knowledge of protective relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and switchgear.
Ability to perform risk assessments and implement hazard mitigation measures.
Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical isolation practices.
Emergency response planning and incident management capabilities.
Additional information:
This position will be in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon
This position is six-days a week in-office model, from 6:24 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., subject to changes.
Requires working one weekend per month, based on staff turnover
