• Manage and oversee the end-to-end shipping process for loose shipments.
• Ensure all packing activities are completed within the required timeline to prevent customer delivery delays.
• Lead and support service parts shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to exchange operational information and resolve issues.
• Monitor and manage packing equipment and packing material inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Drive a strong sense of urgency within the team to meet business and customer requirements.
• Ensure all shipping activities comply with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Investigate shipping-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Monitor daily shipment status and provide updates to management as required.
• Lead and develop team members to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement objectives.

• Vocational Certificate (ปวช.) or higher.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of shipping and packing processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications).

• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly CBS and ME transactions/modules.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or customer service environments.

• ควบคุมและบริหารกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้าแบบ Loose Shipment ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
• วางแผนและควบคุมการแพ็คสินค้าให้เสร็จทันตามกำหนด เพื่อป้องกันความล่าช้าในการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้า
• เป็นผู้นำและสนับสนุนงานจัดส่ง Service Parts ให้สามารถส่งมอบได้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรับและส่งต่อข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินงาน
• ควบคุมและติดตามการใช้งานอุปกรณ์และวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ รวมถึงระดับสต็อกให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน โดยไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาขาดแคลน
• สร้างและส่งเสริมการทำงานด้วยความเร่งด่วน (Sense of Urgency) เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านการส่งมอบ
• กำกับดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด มาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และข้อกำหนดด้าน Compliance ของบริษัท
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดส่งสินค้า รวมถึงดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ดูแล พัฒนา และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับทีมงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. หรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขนส่ง โลจิสติกส์ คลังสินค้า หรือซัพพลายเชน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดส่งสินค้าและการแพ็คสินค้า
• มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและระยะเวลาที่จำกัดได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและมี Sense of Urgency ในการทำงาน
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลาง (Intermediate Level)
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ SAP โดยเฉพาะ CBS และ ME จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการผลิต (Manufacturing), โลจิสติกส์ หรือการบริการลูกค้า
