We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to support the company's digitalization initiatives by developing and implementing software solutions, integrating manufacturing data, and driving process automation. The role requires hands-on experience in software development, database management, and manufacturing digitalization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital applications using C#, Python, and related technologies.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure SQL.
- Integrate data from manufacturing equipment, ERP, MES, and other business systems.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions to support operational decision-making.
- Support automation, smart manufacturing, and AI-driven digital transformation projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, manufacturing IT, or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in C# or Python, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL).
- Experience with system integration, data analysis, and application development.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and industrial systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of AI, Industrial IoT, MES, ERP integration, or cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
