Join Caterpillar's Digital Adoption & Customer Success team and help shape the future of customer experience across Latin America. In this role, you'll work directly with dealers and customers to accelerate the adoption of Caterpillar's connected technologies, digital platforms & tools, and e-commerce solutions, ensuring they unlock the full value of their equipment and digital investments. What You Will Do:

 Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for Caterpillar’s digital solutions ecosystem, driving the adoption of connected technologies, e-commerce platforms, and customer-facing applications across Latin America.

 Partner closely with dealers and their Digital Adoption Reps to support customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring machine owners maximize the value of Cat digital solutions, including VisionLink®, Cat Central, and other digital tools designed to improve equipment management and operational efficiency.

 Drive dealer capability development by delivering training, helping identify process gaps, and promoting best practices that enable dealers to effectively support customers throughout their digital adoption journey.

 Collaborate across the dealership organization including sales, marketing, product support, & digital/IT along with regional stakeholders to increase customer engagement, adoption, and sustained usage of Caterpillar digital platforms and services.

 Analyze customer needs, adoption trends & roadblocks, and collect feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, helping shape the future of Caterpillar's digital products and customer experience.

 Support go-to-market initiatives and sales execution by providing expertise on connected technologies, digital solutions, and customer value propositions.

 Act as a key change champion, helping dealers, customers, and internal teams navigate a rapidly evolving digital landscape while fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

 Monitor and influence key business performance metrics related to dealer capability, customer onboarding, and digital solution utilization, driving measurable business outcomes and customer success.

What You Have:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Basic Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Previous experience in related fields in similar positions

Language: Advanced English and Spanish

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to travel less than 30% of the time
