Role Summary
As Solutions Health Manager you will Works closely with the VP of Customer Solutions & Engagement (CS&E), CS&E leadership team, Cat Digital. divisional Caterpillar Growth Region Strategy Manager, Growth Regions communications team, and the Growth Region Sales Teams on strategy, solutions development, solutions implementation, solutions effectiveness, and other critical initiatives. You will ensure the effectiveness of strategy and solutions implementation, communication and project management.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute the management of all projects identified as critical to CS&E.
- Network within the Cat Enterprise to understand and identify initiatives that will require CS&E action and focus.
- Work with the Growth Region communications team and leverage external resources to develop strategic communications for key events and meetings.
- Work closely with the Growth Region divisional strategy manager to ensure the needs of the Growth Region administrative team are met to maximize the effectiveness of the CS&E leadership team.
- Work closely with the Growth Region Sales Teams to capture key customer challenges and ensure CS&E works together to create and deploy solutions to those challenges.
- Work closely with Cat Digital and act as Growth Region representative on all Cat Digital led initiatives.
- Act as the champion for CS&E and the Growth Region within the Cat Enterprise.
Management of the CS&E leadership accountability structure:
- Develop the structure and calendar for leadership accountability and implement e.g. monthly leadership meetings, quarterly all staffs, leadership visits etc.
- Manage agendas for leadership meetings, including regular leadership meetings, quarterly All Employee Meetings and all strategy and business planning meetings (as needed).
- Ensure action items are recorded with follow up to ensure items are completed and communicated.
Management of the CS&E Strategy / Industry Trends:
- Document the overall strategy for CS&E in a format suitable for external communication.
- Ensure strategy documentation is kept up to date by working with CS&E and Growth Region leaders.
- Work with the leadership team to document key wins in strategy execution and provide updates to CS&E, Growth Regions, Core Regions, BCP, Rental and Cat Inc.
- Manage the flow of information on CS&E business and industry trends to Growth Region and Cat Inc leadership.
- Develop annual business planning documentation.
- Develop and share solutions health and effectiveness reporting and communications.

Basic Requirements
- Experience within a consulting, project or change management role.
- Experience in construction, consulting, or finance industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred qualifications:
- This position requires up to 33% travel.

Consulting Process & Tools: Knowledge of consulting process; ability to engage in planning sales, conducting research and analysis, finding solutions and preparing recommendations.
