Role Definition
Performs maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, MEP, and facility support activities required to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a manufacturing facility. Supports utility systems, workplace services, safety, lean, sustainability, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensures uninterrupted support to manufacturing operations through effective management of facility assets, service providers, and infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate maintenance, repair, and infrastructure work related to facility systems and services.
- Monitor and support operation of electrical power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, DG systems, UPS systems, HVAC equipment, compressed air systems, water systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Support operation, maintenance, and reliability improvement of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Coordinate soft services including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, gardening, and waste management services.
- Manage contractor and vendor activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards, permit requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Assist with facility expansion, infrastructure upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and capital projects.
- Monitor utility consumption and drive energy conservation initiatives.
- Lead and participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, including Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), risk assessments, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Support manufacturing and support functions by providing safe, efficient, and customer-focused facility services.
- Maintain facility records, inspection reports, utility logs, maintenance documentation, and compliance records.
Degree Requirement
Degree In Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience desired.

Role Expectation
