About the role:
For Customer Solutions – Growth Regions Division we are looking for a Sales Representative. This exciting opportunity is a part of Caterpillar growth strategy for EAME markets. As a Sales Representative you will lead and manage dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability, covering Eurasia region.


Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business model and ensure compliance with business process guidelines for the review and approval of variance programs and commercial actions.
  • Design sales forecasts and support dealers in developing sales, rental, and used equipment strategies, while assisting with the rollout of new products.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and drive the implementation of corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead the identification of sales opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen business relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize customer value and business growth.
  • Take responsibility for prime product sales and achieve all assigned sales targets and mandatory performance metrics.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.

Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Excellent communication in English, proficiency in Russian is required
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar products, merchandising programs, and warranty practices and procedures.
  • Current & proven track record of success in a (Internal or external) field representative role in construction equipment industry.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt change, creating & leading tactics matching market needs.
  • Experience in creating roadmaps with dealers to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Understanding of local customer trends / market needs and ability to provide supporting business cases for future product offerings.
  • Experience in delivering basic product trainings to dealer sales team on ground.

Additional Information:

  • This is an onsite work opportunity, 5 days a week.
  • Business travel requirement – 50% within the region.
  • Relocation Support – not available for this opportunity.
