职位描述：

支持人力资源数字化流程变革的自动化工具开发，Powerbi 报告开发等； 支持工厂日常人力资源工作，如入职、数据分析、档案整理、大型活动等； 支持总务相关的系统数据维护； 完成上级交办的其他任务。

技能和经验要求：

本科或研究生在读，人力资源相关专业优先，可以实习半年； 熟练使用Excel（如VLOOKUP、数据透视表等），会Power Bi， Power APP优先； 逻辑清晰，具备基础数据分析能力； 具有良好的沟通协调以及分析处理问题的能力；

良好的英语听说读写能力。
