岗位职责：
1. 根据工厂物料需求及出货计划及时安排进出口单证制作和检查，确保进出口单证的准确性和合规性。
2. 管理及操作货物的进出口工作，与货代、客户、计划、仓库、生产等部门保持联系，解决通关事务中各类突发问题，确保货物准时交付。
3. 国内/国际运输业务异常情况的协调解决。对承运商/报关行的KPI考核，对于异常物流情况进行分析及采取改进措施。
4. 运费业务： 国际运费计算与分析运费成本控制与优化 每月审核货运代理账单，确保费用（海运费、空运费、附加费、报关费、本地杂费等）的准确性和合理性，识别并处理异常费用 整理和核对运费相关单据，确保符合财务要求、审计规范和海关合规要求 协调安排运费的及时、准确支付。
5. 申请进出口过程中所需的各类证书或许可证。
6. 负责与海关、货代、仓库及内部相关部门协调沟通，跟踪进出口业务执行情况。
7. 应对和解决通关事务中各类突发问题，以及与海关的良好沟通。
8. 识别业务风险点，持续优化系统流程，提高账册管理效率与准确性。

任职要求
1. 本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流、供应链等相关专业优先。
2. 至少5年以上进出口管理经验。
3. 熟悉海关法律法规，进出口流程及国际贸易规则。
4. 熟悉清关、税则归类（HS code）及关税测算。
5. 了解国际运输方式（海运、空运、卡车、快递等）及费用控制
6. 具备良好的数据敏感度，熟练使用 Excel 或相关系统（如海关单一窗口、第三方关务系统），具备Power Bi, Power Automate等能力者优先。
7. 具备跨部门沟通能力，能与海关、供应链、生产、仓库等团队顺畅协作。
8. 工作认真细致，责任心强，有独立解决问题能力。
