With over 1.5 million connected assets worldwide, our teams use data, technology, advanced analytics, telematics, and AI capabilities to help our customers build a better, more sustainable world.

Role Summary:

You will work across product owners, engineering and architecture teams to turn ideas into action, defining requirements, improving processes, and helping deliver scalable capabilities that create impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, connecting strategy to execution, and working at the intersection of data, technology, and digital marketing – and is detailed oriented and interested in growing in the marketing data space.

What You Will Do

  • Support marketing data and technology initiatives that improve digital capabilities, strengthen data use, and create measurable business value.

  • Define and improve business processes, governance models, and workflows that help teams move faster and work more effectively.

  • Create business requirements, features, user stories, process documentation, and supporting materials that enable solution design and delivery.

  • Assist in stakeholder communication to clarify priorities, define scope, identify dependencies, and support confident decision-making.

  • Work across cross-functional teams to support implementation, issue resolution, change management, communication, and adoption.

  • Use data, reporting, and business insights to identify opportunities, support analysis, and shape recommendations.

  • Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to help keep initiatives on course and moving forward.

  • Build strong partnerships across teams and help connect work across the organization to support scalable marketing technology and data solutions.

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of marketing technology capabilities, customer data processes, and digital business workflows.

What You Will Have:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

Considerations for Top Candidates:

  • Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role supporting marketing data, digital capabilities, or marketing technology initiatives.

  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and delivery-ready documentation.

  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems, customer data flows, integrations, and digital marketing operations.

  • Experience partnering with product owners, engineering, architecture, analytics, and business stakeholders in cross-functional delivery environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business goals to practical technical solutions.

  • Experience with tools or platforms such as Google Analytics, customer data solutions, cloud platforms, analytics tools, or other marketing technology platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, information systems, or a related field.

  • Five or more years of experience in business analysis, marketing technology, digital operations, or a related area.

  • Track record of helping deliver cross-functional initiatives successfully and driving meaningful business outcomes.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
