Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Senior Associate. Caterpillar’s Enterprise Compliance Program Team oversees the company’s Compliance Program and plays a critical role in promoting ethical conduct and regulatory adherence across the organization. Caterpillar offers an exceptional compliance framework, and as a Risk & Compliance Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to join this team within the Law, Security and Public Policy (LSPP) organization.
This role supports Caterpillar’s Enterprise Compliance Program by contributing to the implementation and sustainability of enterprise compliance initiatives. The position assists the Compliance Program through coordination of enterprise compliance learning efforts, support of enterprise policy and procedure administration and oversight of compliance program content and platforms.
What You Will Do:
Support the execution of the enterprise Compliance Program by advancing key initiatives aligned with governance, risk management and ethical standards.
Manage and maintain compliance content across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
Support compliance training and onboarding by maintaining materials, tracking completion and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and awareness.
Assist with enterprise policy and procedure administration.
Support compliance governance forums, including meeting logistics and materials.
Support the design and continuous improvement of Enterprise Policies and Procedures.
What You Have:
Education/Experience: Degree or equivalent experience desired
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes
Successful Candidates Will Also Have:
Ability to manage individual workstreams independently with guidance.
Interest in expanding influence and responsibility over time.
Previous experience in risk and compliance.
Project management experience with the ability to plan and execute projects.

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
